30 Day Return Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not
satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund of the
purchase price (excluding return shipping charges).
We offer this 100% satisfaction guarantee for the first 30 days after you
receive your order. After the 30 days, the warranty for your
item will be in effect.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made by phone
(1-866-869-8122) prior to shipment of your order. After your order ships, cancelled
orders will be treated as returns (see above).
Warranties
Our furniture lines
are warranted by each manufacturer to the original purchaser for a
period as stated on each product page from the date of purchase
against defects in the material and workmanship as to the furniture
components. The word "defects", as used in this warranty, is defined
as imperfections that impair the utility of the product. The warranty
does not apply to normal wear and tear effects of the furniture.
In the event of piece replacement, no assembly labor is included. This
includes replacement of any item that can be replaced. If the
customer feels that they can not replace the defected component, the
defected component may be returned to our warehouse at which time our
woodworkers will attempt to repair it at no cost to the customer.
It will however be the customer’s responsibility to pay for all
shipping charges.
We may require photos
of the defect so that we can determine the most efficient solution.
The cost of the photos will be the customer's responsibility. We will
require that the photos be sent to our corporate headquarters for
evaluation:
